Shipping & Returns is a mail order only company so we are set up to provide a top rate service and you can order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Mail order

You can order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Your order details are totally secure.  You can also call one of our sale staff to place your order between 9-00 and 4-30 Monday to Friday.  All our sales staff are all experienced in the off road motorcycle world and can offer you any advice that you may need regarding any purchases.

Delivery times

We aim to post out all orders out within 2 working days when received by 2.30pm Monday to Friday.  Parcels go Royal Mail 2nd class or an economy courier service when using the *FREE* post option they should arrive within 5 days maximum, but usually quicker, although this cannot be guaranteed (Royal Mail state 2-3 working days the courier 3-5 working days).  Orders received later in the day or evening will be posted the following day and so on. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed for despatch on Monday/Tuesday.  We will call or email you if there is going to be any delay over 48 hours with your order, to help us, please provide us with a daytime contact number.

Delivery services

We post most of our goods with the Royal Mail on a 2nd Class service and as such most parcels arrive within the stated 2-3 working days. Larger heavier items are sent by Parcelforce courier 48 hour service or My Hermes courier 3-5 day service depending on which is the most suitable for the goods purchased (size and weight of item etc).  Both the above services are free of charge within the UK mainland.  If you require a next day service then either Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' for items upto 2kg or a courier service will need to be used, on large or heavier items over 2kg and we will need to make an extra charge to your bill of £4.99.  If you are not going to be home please provide a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for the goods. i.e. your work address.
Note: For courier deliveries - please note that if you are never home during working hours it would be more suitable to deliver to a different address, i.e. your work or a relative, as once a parcel is despatched couriers now charge a fee of £9.95 to have a parcel redirected to a different address.

International parcels & delivery costs

Smaller parcels will be sent by Royal Mail - Air Mail for small packets or printed paper. For a more secure system where the item or items are of a value of over £20.00, the Airsure or International Signed for will be used. Most of Europe & the rest of the world will be charged at £14.99, but this does depend on country so please make contact for prices.  Larger items such as plastic kits cannot be sent overseas.


All products sold by carry the full manufacturers warranty, this is usually 12 months but on some products may be longer.  We aim to deal with any warranty problem as quickly and efficiently as possible, however occasionally it may be necessary to return certain items to the manufacturer for inspection and or repair. If you do have any problems with your purchases please call our staff who may be able to help you over the telephone.  If however you do need to return the goods please print of our returns form and return it with the faulty item together with your original receipt. We are sorry that we cannot refund your postage but will return at our cost.

Returns want you to be totally happy with your purchase and as such if you receive any item that you are not happy with you can return it to ourselves for a refund.
